At Bettcher, we manufacture products and solutions for our customers, from simple pressed and formed small parts to more elaborate and larger assemblies. This includes value added processes such as welding, fabricating, assembly, coating and plating. We make components for HVAC equipment, compressor parts, motor parts, refrigerator parts, motorcycle parts and commercial truck parts, just to name a few.
Materials
A wide variety of materials can be processed at Bettcher ranging from non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum and copper, to all of ferrous metals including most commonly used cold rolled steel, galvanized steel and stainless steel. Thick gage material ranging from 0.015” to 0.5” on steel.
Stamping & Forming
With conventional and hydraulic stamping presses up to 900 tons, we can produce a full spectrum of metal stamping solutions from small and simple to large and intricate parts. We use transfer tooling, progressive, conventional and in-die tapping. Whether it’s flat blanking, metal forming, metal piercing or deep draw, Bettcher has the expertise to provide the solution. Deep draw is a special in-house expertise. Bettcher also offers secondary operations, including deburring, tapping, reaming and counter boring. As well, Bettcher has approved and certified suppliers for plating, painting and heat treatment.
Machining
With Bettcher and technical expertise, we can provide significant value added to the stamping solutions, or execute standalone machining projects. We have state of the art CNC 2, 3 and 4 axis CNC mills and precision grinding. We use CMM and high precision quality control equipment to make sure we manufacture according to the highest technical requirements.
Fabricating and Assembly
Robot MIG welding, manual MIG welding, resistance welding, certified processes and operators, taping, press brake capabilities, PEM insertions and general assembly operations are among our value added processes which are of high value to our customers. Our customers want to remain focused in their own core business and rely on Bettcher to execute operations where we are considered experts.
